The Business Operations Director will lead the development and execution of the fuel systems & controls services business strategy. This role is responsible for driving key process execution across all the critical services elements: Customer Support, Services Sales, MRO operations, Spare parts fulfillment and Services network partner management. Director will be responsible for developing standard processes, management systems and metrics to ensure critical business metrics are met including financials.
