Abbott Laboratories seeks a Lead Operations Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end execution of complex Operations programs across functions and sites in a regulated medical device environment.

You will align strategy, priorities, resources, and timelines to support product availability, compliance, supply continuity, cost, quality, and broader business objectives, while leading change for new product introductions and system implementations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the essential duties or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience within Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and/or project teams in a matrixed organization.
• 3+ years in a biotechnology manufacturing facility with cGMP, FDA-regulated, ISO 13485, and LDT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-site Operations programs with clear accountability for scope and milestones.
• Align Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, manufacturing, and other functions to support product availability and quality.
• Drive major change initiatives including new product introductions and ERP implementations.
• Identify and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, budgets, and trade-offs with structured decision-making.
• Establish governance, cadence, and dashboards to report program health to senior leadership.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed organization ensuring delivery and continuous improvement.
