Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a broad portfolio spanning diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals, and branded medicines. The role leads the global Compliance PM & ALD portfolio, guiding CAPA, regulatory changes, labeling, and UDI initiatives to drive on-target delivery across Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 7+ years experience in global program/portfolio leadership within a matrixed environment.
• Experience with consumer-focused medical or software products beneficial.
• Strong governance design and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Compliance PM & ALD portfolio, incl. CAPA, regulatory compliance, labeling changes, on-market product changes, and UDI initiatives.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and plans aligned with business and regulatory priorities.
• Oversee interconnected programs, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive execution through governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
