Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI, inventory analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site supply chain team, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Own daily site supply chain execution, prioritizing material availability and scheduling.
• Oversee production scheduling and adherence, coordinating with manufacturing and planning.
• Manage materials, inventory and capacity readiness to minimize disruptions.
• Lead problem solving and recovery actions for supply chain issues.
• Represent supply chain in site operations discussions and decision making.
• Oversee logistics and collaborate with warehouse leadership for smooth material flow.
• Establish planning routines and master data processes for ERP/MRP.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in material operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
