This position supports Operations within the Cancer Diagnostics business. As the Lead Operations Delivery Manager, you'll lead end-to-end execution of complex Operations programs across functions and sites in a regulated medical device and biotechnology environment. Serving as the primary Operations point of accountability, you'll align strategy, priorities, resources, and timelines to support product availability, compliance, supply continuity, cost, quality, and broader business objectives. You'll act as a change leader for new product introductions, system implementations, and process transformations while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, trade-offs, governance, and executive-level communication.
Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-site Operations programs, serving as the single point of accountability for scope, objectives, milestones, execution, and program outcomes. Align Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, manufacturing, and other business functions to support product availability, lifecycle management, supply continuity, compliance, cost, quality, and service objectives. Drive major change initiatives including new product introductions, ERP and planning-system implementations, and process transformations while ensuring stakeholder alignment and minimizing operational disruption. Proactively identify and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, constraints, budgets, and trade-offs; lead scenario analysis and structured decision-making to resolve competing priorities. Establish governance structures, operating cadences, and performance dashboards that provide visibility into program health, operational impacts, benefits realization, risks, and decisions required from senior leadership. Lead through influence in a matrixed organization, coordinating resources across reporting structures while maintaining accountability for successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 - $156,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
