Job summary

Abbott in Madison, WI seeks a Lead Operations Delivery Manager to steer end-to-end operations programs across functions and sites in a regulated medical device environment. You will align strategy, resources, and timelines to support product availability, quality, and cost objectives.

You will lead change for new product introductions, system implementations, and process transformations while establishing governance, dashboards, and cadence for senior leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the essential duties or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience within Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and/or project teams in a matrixed organization.
• 3+ years of experience in a biotechnology manufacturing facility with cGMP/FDA/ISO 13485/LDT environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Ability and means to travel between local locations up to 50% and ~10% away from primary work location.
• Current authorization to work in the country where the work will be performed without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-site Operations programs with accountability for scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Align Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and manufacturing to support availability, lifecycle, quality, and costs.
• Drive major change initiatives including new product introductions, ERP and planning-system implementations, and process transformations.
• Identify and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, budgets, and trade-offs; lead decisions for priorities.
• Establish governance structures and dashboards to monitor program health and benefits realization.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed organization to deliver projects and continuous improvement.
