Qualifications

• 2 year Degree preferred.
• Willing to Travel up to 50% locally and during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluating initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents.
• Make changes to sales agreements during closings and reprint revised documents.
• Gather lender required items to accomplish funding of deals.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and manage project costing.
• Gather bids through project completion.
• Identify best vendors for each project and switch vendors if needed.
• Adjust schedules or scope of work as required to meet client or company priorities.
• Comunicate with dissatisfied customers and escalate when needed.
• Update deal tracking and deal status reports as needed.
