Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• A two-year degree is preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% locally during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents.
• Make changes to sales agreements during closings and reprint final documents.
• Gather lender items during funding to complete the deal.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and cost projects.
• Obtain bids and identify best vendors for each project.
• Schedule and adjust vendor work based on priorities.
• Hold vendors accountable to written estimates and timelines.
• Update deal tracking and status reports as needed.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and escalate as required.
• Calculate commissions and review costing for payments.
