Responsibilities

• Close warranty and finance contracts and ensure documents align.
• Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Manage vendor selection and performance across projects.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and control costs.
• Update deal tracking and status reports.
• Provide management with evaluation reports and process improvement recommendations.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues at or after closing.
• Travel up to 50% locally as required.
