Job summary

Solitaire-Holdings,-LL is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage warranty and finance contract closings. You will review initial sales agreements, align them with finance documents, and authorize changes during closings to ensure accurate, finalized documents.

The role includes coordinating with lenders, vendors, and customers, gathering required items, and tracking deal status through execution. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 2 year degree preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% locally during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluating initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with the finance documents.
• Make authorized changes to sales agreements during closings and reprint documents.
• Gather lender-required items to accomplish funding of deals.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and cost projects.
• Gather bids through project completion.
• Identify best vendors for each project and switch vendors if needed.
• Alter scheduling of vendor work based on priorities.
• Hold vendors accountable to written work estimates.
• Search for new vendors or eliminate poor quality vendors.
• Provide management with evaluation reports and recommendations for process improvements.
• Schedule customer service activities and ensure satisfaction.
• Arrange, modify and authorize service via factories or vendors for contract completion.
• Communicate with dissatisfied customers and negotiate solutions; escalate high-cost issues to upper management.
• Make recommendations to management based on deal information for government or customer responses.
• Update deal tracking and deal status reports; use company applications to fill missing information.
