You will translate business goals into an integrated delivery plan and drive governance, risk management, and outcomes from initiation to benefits realization. This individual-contributor leadership role requires deep program management expertise across predictive, agile, and hybrid environments, with strong executive communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of functional experience in project/program management.
• Experience leading large, complex IT projects with limited oversight.
• Experience coaching and delegating work to project team members.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of large IT projects from initiation to operations.
• Develop delivery strategy, plan, scope, schedule, dependencies, resources, budget and governance.
• Lead matrixed teams and vendors across locations and time zones.
• Provide concise status reporting to sponsors and governance bodies.
