Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking a professional to perform budget, business, contractual, and financial analysis within Operations' Departments. The role supports budgeting, cost estimates, and reporting, coordinating department-wide functions related to staffing.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of data analysis and budgeting experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Three (3) years progressively responsible experience involving data analysis, management of projects, analysis of performance trends, budgeting and accounting.
• Pass a physical (medical) examination including a drug screen and be able to work in person during business days.
• Proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office and related applications.

Responsabilités

• Maintains, monitors, supports and/or develops projects and performance management programs.
• Provides cost models including TM-1 and Maximo Budget Applications and prepares budgeting reports.
• Maintains and prepares budgets, BPOs, purchase orders, and invoices as required.
• Prepares monthly accounting and budgeting reports including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Provides technical assistance and training to staff.
