PatientIQ, a fast-growing health‑tech company headquartered in Chicago, is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership to build and scale the Strategic Program Office (SPO).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready materials produced independently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability without formal authority.
• High ownership mindset—you build structure, define the work, and drive it to completion.
• Strong aptitude for AI and modern productivity tools to improve analysis and communication.
• Exposure to go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare tech, or B2B SaaS is a differentiator.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through execution with executive visibility.
• Define SPO governance, cadence, and portfolio management to enable scale.
• Support strategic planning and executive communications with leadership.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations for decision making.
• Establish KPI frameworks and monitor investments for impact.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows and embed AI across planning, communication, and execution.
• Drive accountability and unblock execution across the organization.
