Job summary

PatientIQ is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives and build a scalable Strategic Program Office. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership to govern the portfolio, improve planning, and enhance execution across the business.

This role suits a highly analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex problems, and translates strategy into action.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy or operations at a high-growth SaaS/tech company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-ready materials.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability.
• Sound business judgment for when to analyze further and push decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure in fast-moving environments.
• Interest in AI and modern productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of strategic initiatives from prioritization to execution with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Commercial, CS, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver results.
• Help build and scale the Strategic Program Office with governance and portfolio management.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff and executive team on planning, communications, and strategic priorities.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations translating complex information into decisions.
• Define and measure impact with KPI frameworks and monitor investments' outcomes.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows and embed AI into planning, communication, and execution.
