Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for the Office of the CEO.

You will join a small, elite SWAT team deployed across the organization to accelerate priority initiatives in strategy, operations, technology, and product from concept to delivery. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work across clinical, operations, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong critical thinker who digs into root causes and uses first principles.
• Experience across clinical, operations, or product/technology domains.
• Ability to translate between engineering, business, and clinical languages.
• Excellent communicator with a get-things-done mindset in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of a small elite SWAT team deployed across Astrana to accelerate initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate priorities into structured plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Act as a strategic coordinator ensuring alignment, accountability and momentum.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable process improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to pilot AI-enabled solutions.
• Surface risks and opportunities to improve execution and results.
• Build durable systems and dashboards to support decision making.
