Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Business Operations Advisor to provide advanced analytics and strategic operations support for SHP Clinical Operations. You will translate financial and operating data into actionable insights, lead workforce planning, and own performance dashboards for leadership review.
You will partner with finance, HR, and technical teams to monitor performance, forecast needs, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and facilitate repeatable planning and performance-management processes for SHP Clinical Operations.
- Manage SHP Clinical Operations operating budget and financial forecast including labor and vendor costs.
- Own and maintain workforce plan and staffing model, vacancies, and capacity projections.
- Evaluate staffing and capacity by comparing approved plans with actual workload.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and scenario models for strategic initiatives.
- Develop, adopt, and improve standard operating processes and performance metrics.
- Lead change-management activities to improve organizational effectiveness.
