Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC’s City Club seeks an Operations Analyst to support strategic and operational priorities from the executive leadership team. The role builds analyses, reports, and project infrastructure to help leadership make decisions and track execution.

This is not an administrative role; the analyst owns deliverables, manages timelines, and partners with leaders across City Club to advance cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, finance, people, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality operations or an analytical role.
• Ability to build reports, dashboards, and financial/operational models.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• BI or data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Direct experience in luxury hospitality operations; knowledge of hotel P&L and F&B metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses for executive decision-making across operations, finance, people, and growth.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable formats for senior audiences, including presentations and financial models.
• Provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses to support strategic discussions and business cases.
• Manage delegated projects from planning through completion with milestones and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with leaders across City Club to advance cross-functional initiatives and maintain accountability.
• Prepare material for leadership meetings and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
