Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality operations or analytical role.
• Ability to build reports, dashboards, and models translating complexity into clarity.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with BI or data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Direct luxury hospitality operations experience; knowledge of P&L, F&B, membership models, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Translate data into clear formats for senior leadership; create briefs and financial models.
• Provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses for business cases.
