• Proficient in creating documents and spreadsheets in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent written communication and visual information presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the COO and VP of Operations.
• Assists with restaurant operations, operational analysis, and market research.
• Liaises with Culinary, Marketing, Events, and Beverage teams at corporate and with properties.
• Types, formats, and edits reports, documents, and presentations.
• Enters data, maintains databases, and keeps records.
• Schedules appointments, maintains event calendars, and sends reminders.
• Supports service at properties as needed.
• Assists with communication and marketing campaigns as instructed.
