Job description

The Operations Analyst supports strategic and operational priorities across City Club from within the executive leadership. This role builds the analyses, reports, and project infrastructure that City Club leadership needs to make decisions and track execution. The scope is intentionally broad: the work follows wherever City Club priorities lead, spanning operations, people, growth, finance, and club performance. This is not an administrative support role. The Operations Analyst owns deliverables, manages project timelines, produces original analysis, and operates as a functional partner to leaders across City Club. The value of the role is measured by the quality and usefulness of its output and by the capacity it creates in City Club leadership to focus on the decisions that matter most.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Analysis, Reporting, and Decision Support
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses that support executive decision-making across operations, finance, people, and growth initiatives.
  • Research market trends, competitive dynamics, operational opportunities, and strategic initiatives to inform planning and investment decisions.

  • Provide data-driven insights and scenario analysis to support strategic discussions and business cases.

  • Take ownership of strategic and operational initiatives, including scoping, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise, applying sound judgment and escalating to leadership when appropriate.
  • Partner with leaders and teams across City Club to move cross-functional initiatives forward effectively.
Executive Office Support
  • Provide flexible analytical and project support across executive and City Club priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive financial, operational, and personnel matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, food and beverage management, or an analytical role within a hospitality or service-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build reports, dashboards, and financial or operational models that translate complexity into clarity.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or comparable) strongly preferred.
