Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to act as strategic operator across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You translate priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes while supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

You will frame ambiguous problems, develop analyses, align stakeholders, and drive governance, planning cadences, KPI reporting, and change initiatives such as pricing, go-to-market

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or related field in SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
