You’ll analyze systems and workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, and propose innovative solutions that drive operational success. You’ll collaborate with business and technology partners to implement enhancements, support testing and project execution, and help ensure effective reporting, communication, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically six or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of databases, Excel and SQL querying.
• Comprehensive knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze business needs and plan meetings with leaders.
• Advanced understanding of project management and testing methodology.

Responsibilities

• Define and perform systems analysis to improve workflow efficiency.
• Propose new systems and information needs with improvements.
• Analyze costs and estimate savings from changes.
• Modify existing applications or develop new ones.
• Coordinate between management, staff and IT to define standards.
• Ensure documentation complies with policies; track data and projects.
• Write test plans and test new systems and changes.
