Datavant is seeking an Analytics & Strategy professional to join the Strategic Operations team. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, build models, and develop dashboards and AI-driven tools for senior leadership.

You will partner with operations, finance, and other teams to ensure analytics drive strategic decisions, with opportunities to steer high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or operational analytics.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills; build scalable models from scratch.
• Hands-on experience building tools with Google Apps Script or AI-assisted coding.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor KPI trends, diagnose variances, and conduct root-ccause analyses to drive action.
• Build and maintain operational/financial models (capacity, throughput, staffing, scenarios).
• Turn data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for executives.
