You will own KPI analysis, build financial and operational models, and develop AI-enabled workflows. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and rapid, high-quality delivery in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or an operational analyst role.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills; able to build accurate, scalable models from scratch.
• Hands-on experience building tools with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills; able to structure ambiguous problems and extract actionable insights.
• High standard for accuracy and rigor, with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to turn data into clear, compelling stories for senior leadership in Google Slides.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis leadership relies on: monitor KPI trends, diagnose variances, and conduct root cause analyses.
• Build and maintain operational and financial models, such as capacity, throughput, staffing, and scenario planning.
• Turn complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify manual processes and build the best-fit solutions using Google Apps Script, AI workflows, or other tools.
• Build dashboards and lightweight programs to give leadership timely visibility into performance.
• Stay curious about new tools and AI capabilities, and help the team adopt better ways of working.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives end to end from problem structuring to recommendations.
• Partner with operations, finance, and other teams so analytics drive decisions.
• Flex into program management and strategy work as needed.
