Job summary

CMC is seeking a results-oriented MOS Facilitator to drive performance initiatives across our steel and construction reinforcement segments. You will develop dashboards, validate data, and provide insights to leadership, enabling informed decisions and better planning.

The role blends office work with on-site operations support. Ideal candidates bring 5-10 years in operations or coordination, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/CRM software.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business operations or a related role.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills plus Power BI, SAP.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or business management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the MOS Facilitator to coordinate operations initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for management.
• Validate data across multiple sources for accuracy.
• Create reports and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Support management with travel, calendars, and expense reporting.
• Maintain orderly filing systems and data entry across systems.
• Support Sales Management with reports and data entry.
