Job summary

MCIS is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide strategic analytical support to the Vice President of Operations. You will integrate operational, financial, manpower, productivity, safety, and performance data across BIUs and Regional Construction Districts to enable enterprise‑level decision making.

The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, governance, and transparency while strengthening financial and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Strategically oriented with strong understanding of construction operations, workforce planning, and project financial performance.
• Ability to translate data into decision-ready insights for executive leadership.
• Experience with enterprise-level analytics, governance, and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI dashboards and track performance against budget, labor productivity, gain-share, schedule adherence, and safety/quality trends.
• Support manpower forecasting and capacity modeling across RCDs and BIUs.
• Assist in margin analysis, cost classification, and financial reporting alignment with policy.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries for the Vice President of Operations.
• Identify risks, standardize reporting, and propose process improvements to reduce volatility.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of financial and operational information.
