Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting; distribution or manufacturing a plus.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance management for the business unit and drive strategic actions.
• Oversee development and governance of financial models for long-range planning.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with leaders.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights for decision making.
• Evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives for risk and returns.
• Own key financial metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance across the unit.
• Partner with Senior Finance Manager and leadership to align objectives.
• Lead month-end close and drive process improvements.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives with financial leadership.
