Job summary

CMC is seeking a results-oriented MOS Facilitator to drive performance initiatives across our steel and construction reinforcement segments. You will develop dashboards, validate data, and provide insights to leadership, enabling informed decisions and better planning.

The role blends office work with on-site operations support. Ideal candidates bring 5-10 years in operations or coordination, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/CRM software.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business operations or a related role.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills plus Power BI, SAP.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or business management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the MOS Facilitator to coordinate operations initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for management.
• Validate data across multiple sources for accuracy.
• Create reports and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Support management with travel, calendars, and expense reporting.
• Maintain orderly filing systems and data entry across systems.
• Support Sales Management with reports and data entry.

What You'll Do

• Act as the Management Operating System (MOS) Facilitator
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success.
• Support Decision-Making with Reports and Dashboards: Create detailed reports and visualizations for management to monitor performance and guide strategic planning
• Data Validation: Perform robust crosschecks and validation of data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Build or support reports, dashboards, trackers, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or other approved tools
• Assist management with forecasting and capacity planning activities
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement the changes
• Provide administrative support for regional leadership team including: arranging travel, managing calendars, and submitting expense reports
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, maintaining an orderly filing system (paper and digital), and performing data entry as needed in multiple software systems
• Assist the Sales Management Team with reports, presentations, and data entry

What You'll Need

• 5-10 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through completion with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Technology Skills (Microsoft Office, PowerBI, E-Procurement, SAP)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
• Experience with Power BI, ERP, CRM, or business management software preferred

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
