Job summary

Commercial Metals is seeking a seasoned operations coordinator to lead MOS facilitation and performance monitoring across regional initiatives. You will produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to guide strategic planning while supporting forecasting and capacity planning.

You will manage executive-level admin tasks, coordinate travel, calendars, and expense reports, ensuring smooth office operations and strict data confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role.
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through completion with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Technology Skills (Microsoft Office, PowerBI, E-Procurement, SAP)
• Experience with Power BI, ERP, CRM, or business management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the Management Operating System (MOS) Facilitator.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success.
• Support Decision-Making with Reports and Dashboards: Create detailed reports and visualizations for management to monitor performance and guide strategic planning
• Data Validation: Perform robust crosschecks and validation of data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Build or support reports, dashboards, trackers, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or other approved tools
• Assist management with forecasting and capacity planning activities
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement the changes
• Provide administrative support for regional leadership team including: arranging travel, managing calendars, and submitting expense reports
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, maintaining an orderly filing system (paper and digital), and performing data entry as needed in multiple software systems
• Assist the Sales Management Team with reports, presentations, and data entry
