Job summary

elasticStage seeks a Business Operations and Strategy Manager to define and scale the company’s operations in an AI-enabled, high-growth environment. You will own the OKR system, leadership cadence, data infrastructure, and cross-functional automation projects, guiding strategic decisions with leadership and the board.

You will drive KPI frameworks, dashboards, and internal communications while shaping org design, partnerships and fundraising readiness in a fast-moving music tech platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, with top-tier strategy consulting background.
• 1–2 years post-consulting in an operator role preferred.
• Experience running value-creation projects end-to-end.
• Experience setting up company-wide operating processes and board materials.
• Comfort with KPI frameworks and data infrastructure; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating model end-to-end for 10x scale with AI native processes.
• Launch and run the company-wide OKR system with data infra and ceremonies.
• Own leadership cadence: weekly meetings, quarterly planning, post-mortems.
• Define KPI and financial tracking alongside OKRs; build dashboards and trusted data.
• Manage internal communications and knowledge base.
• Support board prep and fundraising diligence.
• Drive AI-native workflows across departments.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects (org design, partnerships, market analysis).
