Job summary

Aegis AI in San Francisco is seeking a leader for Business Operations to align people, processes, and data with rapid product development. You will act as the connective tissue for the CEO and founding team, turning chaos into order and driving high-leverage initiatives.

You will own the operating rhythm (OKRs/KPIs), design scalable processes across CRM, GTM workflows, and internal knowledge management, and orchestrate cross-functional efforts between Product, Engineering, and GTM to accelerate

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in BizOps, Ops, or strategy at a high-growth startup or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams and processes and work directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the company, drive OKRs/KPIs, and lead executive meeting agendas.
• Design scalable processes spanning CRM, GTM workflows, and internal knowledge management.
• Break down silos between Product, Engineering, and GTM; resolve friction points quickly.
• Lead strategic projects including international expansion and deployment of new tooling.
• Draft clear, data-driven updates for the board and stakeholders.
