Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an onsite Facilities Manager for a Mission Critical Services client, overseeing a 137,000 square foot manufacturing site and a 6,000 square foot satellite location.

You will lead the day-to-day operation with vendors and a dedicated team to ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable facility performance. You will drive best-in-class facilities management through proactive planning, budget oversight, and strong stakeholder communication, supporting manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of facilities management experience.
• FMP or CFM certifications preferred.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and regulatory compliance skills.
• Experience with MEP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements by vendors to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the main point of contact for facility-related matters.
• Plan and manage capital and operating projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets with cost optimization focus.
• Conduct routine facility inspections ensuring regulatory compliance and performance.
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs to promote a safe workplace.
• Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and approvals for parts, labor, and services.
• Provide training on facility operations and safety protocols to the team.
