Herzing University seeks a Manager, Faculty Operations to coordinate and optimize faculty activities for the Online MSN-Direct Entry program. You will support the Program Chair, oversee scheduling, onboarding, and access to resources, and promote effective teaching and learning environments.

The role emphasizes faculty development, compliance tracking, and collaboration with Faculty Development Specialists to enhance instructional strategies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing.
• 3 years of experience as a faculty member at an institution of higher education.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with faculty management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty teaching schedules, classroom assignments, and coverage for absences.
• Assist with faculty onboarding, orientation, and training logistics.
• Provide guidance to faculty on the use of institutional technology and resources.
• Assist faculty in accessing instructional materials, technology support, and student information systems.
• Conduct classroom observation process in alignment with university SOPs.
• Ensure pre-term and end-of-term course activities are completed in conjunction with university SOPs.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment among faculty.
