Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based marketing initiatives across the Northeast, engaging KOLs and executing regional meetings for NUBEQA and XOFIGO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5–7 years in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• 2 years experience working within the oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of sales, customer-facing success, and/or project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
