Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Regional Marketing, Oncology to lead field-based marketing efforts across the Northeast, engaging KOLs and developing advisory programs. This role focuses on NUBEQA and XOFIGO with travel to customer meetings, industry events, and corporate meetings.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years pharma experience with oncology or urology exposure, strong sales leadership, and exceptional communication skills, underpinning strategic regional plans and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5–7 years pharma/biotech with 2+ years customer-facing.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology.
• Proven track record in sales, customer-facing success, and project management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement and relationship management to build a TL base in NE markets.
• Coordinate regional conventions, support at major industry congresses, and manage Speakers Bureau outputs.
• Lead and contribute to marketing initiatives including field resource development and advisory boards.
• Partner with sales, medical affairs, and internal teams to align regional strategy with brand goals.
