Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Clinical & Industry Expertise: Oncology clinical acumen and understanding of hematology/oncology treatment, nursing practice, healthcare environments, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Translate strategy into focused field execution; use data and insights to prioritize resources.
• Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence without authority and lead across cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Education Strategy & Execution: Translate portfolio priorities into ONE field priorities and execution requirements across three franchises.
• Support Portfolio Nurse Education Strategy: Assist in creating portfolio above-brand nursing strategy and tactics for education of disease and therapy management.
• Lead Through Influence: Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Optimize Field Operations: Ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting, training, and infrastructure to execute efficiently and compliantly.
• Advocate for ONE: Represent the voice and needs of ONE in cross-functional planning and secure resources.
• Enable Field Performance: Identify field needs and mobilize resources to address barriers and opportunities.
• Leverage Insights & Analytics: Use field data and performance trends to inform priorities and recommendations.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation.
• Strengthen Communication & Engagement: Develop communications and executive presentations to keep partners informed.
• Advance Innovation & Technology: Identify opportunities to use technology, automation, analytics, and AI to improve effectiveness.
