Job summary

The National Portfolio Manager at AbbVie Oncology Hematology is a strategic partner to the National Lead, focusing on portfolio nursing education and field execution. This role spans three hematology franchises and connects ONE with Brand, Sales, Field Ops, Analytics, Training, Medical, and other partners to optimize performance.

It requires influence without authority, strong clinical and business acumen, and willingness to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare field; oncology/hematology preferred.
• Strong leadership, influencing without authority, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones and execution.
• Support National Director in creating portfolio above-brand nursing strategy and tactics.
• Lead through influence; align cross-functional stakeholders across levels.
• Optimize Field Operations with tools, processes, and reporting.
• Advocate for ONE and secure needed resources and support.
• Enable Field Performance by addressing emerging needs and barriers.
• Leverage insights and analytics to inform priorities and actions.
• Lead strategic initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Strengthen communication and executive engagement across teams.
• Advance innovation and technology to improve effectiveness and scalability.
• Ensure operational and compliance excellence with Legal and Compliance.
