Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years in onboarding, professional services, or similar delivery roles in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years direct people-management of onboarding professionals.
- Experience managing portfolios of complex enterprise implementations.
- Experience leading AI, automation, or delivery-process transformations.

- Lead and develop Onboarding Managers responsible for complex implementations.
- Establish performance expectations and coaching for growth.
- Own portfolio health, risks, capacity, and forecast accuracy.
