Job summary

Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM) is seeking a Supply Chain and Inside Sales Coordinator for our NW Houston Subsea facility. You will manage the full lifecycle of inside sales—from inquiry to procurement and order fulfillment—while liaising with Engineering and Planning to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role also covers purchasing, supplier negotiations, and front-desk responsibilities to support daily operations. A strong customer service mindset and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years as a Buyer or similar procurement position or supply chain experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically O&G/API products.
• Experience with ERP systems like Syteline.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day inquiries by phone and email from customers.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Planning to ensure timely order processing.
• Purchase materials, supplies, outsourced services, and equipment; negotiate pricing and delivery.
• Track orders and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Serve as receptionist, manage front desk and visitors while supporting admin duties.
