Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to assess, design, and facilitate OD and change interventions.
• Strong group facilitation and individual coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior HRBPs for organization assessments and interventions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Design and facilitate OD interventions tailored to unit needs.
