Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner in San Antonio, TX. As an Occupancy Planner, you will track and analyze space data, develop scenario plans, and coordinate with various teams to optimize space utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills for data consolidation and reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience in occupancy planning or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop scenario and occupancy plans for clients' portfolio.
• Coordinate collaboration among business units and facility management.
• Produce monthly reporting and track utilization data.
• Maximize space usage and assist clients with migration plans.

Skills

Excel skills (pivot tables, vlook-up, cell calculations)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strategic thinking

Reading and interpreting floor plans

Knowledge of occupancy utilization and office design principles

Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy

Experience in occupancy or space planning

Education
