Job summary

Aitech Defense Systems is seeking a Program Operations Manager to drive cross-functional visibility and accountability across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle for ADSI US Operations—from order fulfillment through shipment and invoicing.

The role partners with Planning & Control, Production, Program Delivery, Quality, Shipping, and Finance to ensure customer commitments are met, manage backlog, and escalate risks. Salary range shown is intended as a general guideline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating Order-to-Cash processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Program Management, Quality, Shipping, and Finance.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to track order status, fulfillment, shipments, and invoicing.
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle management and shipment/invoicing dependencies.
• Ability to drive execution through influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Order-to-Cash & Customer Commitment Coordination: Manage the Order-to-Cash process from fulfillment through invoicing.
• Own the operational review of customer order backlog and visibility of dates, readiness, and invoicing status.
• Track orders end-to-end and flag risks before shipment/delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to address risks impacting commitments.
• Escalate significant risks to functional leaders and the Chief Delivery Officer.
