Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Director of Nutrition Services to partner with hospital leadership, physicians and staff to plan, direct and optimize nutrition operations, ensuring safety, compliance and service excellence across the department.

You will lead managers and dietitians, drive QAPI initiatives, oversee menu planning, purchasing and records, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality nutrition services in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Degree plus five to seven years of hospital nutrition services experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Nutrition Services department to meet service goals and regulatory standards.
• Supervise nutrition managers, supervisors and staff; hire, train, evaluate and discipline as needed.
• Develop, implement and administer department policies and procedures; ensure safety and food handling practices.
