Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Director of Nutrition Services to lead a comprehensive hospital nutrition program. You will partner with management staff and physicians to ensure services meet performance goals, safety codes, and patient expectations.

You will plan, direct, and control the nutrition operations, mentoring managers and staff while driving continuous improvement and compliance with policies and procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5–7 years of hospital nutrition services leadership experience.
• Strong communication and management skills in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Nutrition Services department to meet hospital goals and safety standards.
• Monitor performance via the Balanced Scorecard and address gaps with action plans.
• Direct activities of nutrition managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Develop short and long-term department objectives aligned with hospital goals.
• Develop and administer policies and procedures in collaboration with other departments.
