Job summary

Qualifications
- RN Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Current, active RN license in the assigned state(s).
- Minimum of five years in management/supervisory roles in long-term or acute care.
Responsibilities
- Provide interim DON leadership during vacancies to maintain clinical oversight.
- Lead nursing teams with adherence to regulatory standards and evidence-based practice.
- Support survey readiness, corrective actions, and on-site leadership during surveys.
- Stabilize clinical operations, identify risks, and implement improvements.
- Partner with regional leaders to align center-level execution with standards.
- Travel extensively to support facilities and mentor leadership.
