Avardis Health Management in Raleigh, NC seeks a Director of Nursing and Quality Assurance to provide clinical leadership across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role oversees regulatory compliance, patient care quality, and DON operations, including interim assignments as needed.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN leader with 5+ years in management, licensure in the state, CPR certification, and willingness to travel 75% within the region to support centers.

Qualifications

• RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the assigned state(s).
• Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care.
• Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Proven leadership and performance management experience with ability to drive clinical excellence.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and extended assignments at multiple facilities.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Interim Director of Nursing with accountability for nursing operations during vacancies.
• Provide hands-on clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support survey readiness and corrective action planning during surveys.
• Lead clinical operations stabilization and implement immediate and sustainable improvements.
• Partner with Regional Nurses and Operations leaders to align center-level execution with standards.
• Support clinical projects that strengthen care delivery and quality outcomes.
• Travel extensively to support facilities, including overnight stays.
