Job summary

Reliant Management Group seeks a Director of Nursing to provide 24-hour accountability for high-quality, cost-effective patient care. You will lead nursing operations, align care delivery with mission and standards, and direct a strong leadership team to coordinate clinical, educational, and operational activities.

The role requires nursing supervision experience in a long-term care setting, an active RN license, and a focus on safety, compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of five years full-time or equivalent clinical experience with at least two years in nursing supervision in long-term care.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, allocate and control the budget for the Department of Nursing Services.
• Oversee staffing: determine needs, recruit, hire, orient, and schedule nursing staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safe, coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement processes and ensure PCC utilization per policy.
• Promote infection control and staff education; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
