Qualifications

• Current, active South Carolina Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility.
• Experience in nursing home administration or SNF leadership.
• Long-term care regulations knowledge and QA practices.
• Proven experience with budgets and staff development.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to resident dignity, quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of facility operations to ensure compliant performance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support high standards of care and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, SC Department of Public Health and local regulations.
• Oversee budgets, monitor financial results, manage expenses, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified team members while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor compliance and lead quality assurance initiatives for surveys.
• Promote resident-centered engagement and address concerns with professionalism.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for safe operations.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources and community partners.
• Establish goals and evaluate KPIs to strengthen facility performance.
