Qualifications

• Active Colorado NHA license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state survey processes.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving census growth.
• Experience in rural or community-based SNF settings is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations (CDPHE, CMS).
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and frontline staff.
• Manage budgets, census development, and payer mix optimization.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure resident care standards are met.
