Job summary

Jobot seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical department at a long‑term care facility in Blackville, SC. This on‑site position offers a competitive salary and a pathway to Regional DON leadership within a growing skilled nursing organization.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, staffing, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and resident outcomes, partnering with regional and corporate leadership to turnaround the building and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• Experience leading nursing in skilled nursing or long‑term care.
• Don/ADON‑level experience preferred and regulatory experience in SNF/LTC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing department and oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations.
• Establish staffing expectations, schedules, and accountability.
• Drive clinical quality, compliance, survey readiness, and resident outcomes.
• Strengthen nursing processes, documentation, and department performance.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership on the facility turnaround plan.
